It will take ALL of us, both within and outside the ward to remove MB from his pedestal of power.
The first step is to elect a NEW Ward 8 Councilperson. In order to do that we need to fully support those ACTIVELY running for office. This includes volunteering for their campaign and making campaign contributions.
Despite his poor performance history MB has the major donors on lock down. If everyone who visited this blog could make just a $5 contribution to a challenger's campaign it would go a LONG way in replacing MB. Make a contribution - any amount will be helpful.
This isn't just a Ward 8 issue - this is a DC issue.

Only ONE of Barry's opponents has a website? I say everyone else running should get behind Charles Wilson for City Council if they really want to see change.
AGREED! THEY REALLY NEED TO SUPPORT CHARLES WILSON. HE HAS THE BEST CHANCE OF BEATING BARRY IN THE RACE. I say support him and then the others can work with Charls to support the Ward. The key thing here is overturning Barry!!! Removing Barry is the biggest issue!
